MINGLE EAT TALK VENTURES CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Mingle, Eat, Talk Ventures a company incorporated under the laws of India, (“M.E.T”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is managing and operating the websites www.mingleeattalk.com (“MET”) and and the corresponding mobile and tablet applications thereof ( referred to as the “Platforms”) through which it inter alia, offers various retail solutions, facilitates the online sale and purchase of a diverse range of products listed on the Platforms from time to time (“Products”) to the users of the Platforms (“User” or “Users” or “you” or “your”).

We aim to provide the best customer experience to our Users beginning from placing an order to initiating a return on the Platforms. While transacting on the Platforms, you can expect a hassle-free experience in returning, cancelling the Products that you have ordered/booked and can rely on us as your preferred shopping destination.

This cancellation, return, and refund policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms and Conditions sets out Reliance’s procedures and policies in accepting: (a) cancellation, (b) Product return once the Product is delivered to the User, and (c) refund thereof. Any cancellation or refund of Products by you are subject to the terms and conditions set out under this Policy.

Refund Policy for M.E.T

No Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final: Once purchased, tickets for the Event are non-refundable. This policy is in place to help us manage our event logistics, venue capacity, and other arrangements made in advance to provide attendees with a valuable experience.

3. **Event Cancellation or Postponement:** In the unlikely event that the Mixer is canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, public health emergencies, or other significant disruptions, we will notify all registered attendees via email with information about the rescheduling of the event or the availability of ticket refunds if applicable.

4. **Non-attendance:** If you are unable to attend the event for any reason no refunds will be issued. We highly encourage everyone to join us at our event and seize the opportunity for limitless enjoyment and valuable networking.

5. **Exceptions:** The No Refund Policy is applicable to all attendees without exception. However, in extraordinary circumstances, the event organizers may, at their sole discretion, consider requests for refunds. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and the decision of the event organizers will be final.

6. **Acknowledgment:** By purchasing a ticket for M.E.T, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this No Refund Policy.

Payment policy

Welcome to M.E.T! To ensure a seamless experience for all attendees, we have established the following payment policy. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines related to event registration, payment methods, deadlines, cancellations, refunds, and discounts. Please note that no discounts are offered for this event. By registering for this event, participants agree to abide by these terms.

Registration and Payment

  • Early Registration: Attendees are encouraged to register early to secure their spot at the event. Early registration must be completed by the specified deadline.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer, and online payment platforms (e.g., UPI, Paytm, Phonepe). Full payment must be received to confirm registration.
  • Invoices and Receipts: Upon completion of payment, an invoice/receipt will be emailed to the registrant.

Deadlines

  • Registration Deadline: All registrations must be completed and paid in full by the announced deadline. Late registrations may be accepted based on availability but cannot be guaranteed.
  • Payment Deadline: Payment must be made in full at the time of registration unless otherwise specified or arranged with the event organizers.



Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation by Participant:
    • In accordance with the refund guidelines, guests unable to attend the event cannot transfer their ticket to a future event or receive a refund under any circumstances.
  • Cancellation by Organizers:
    • In the unlikely event that the networking event is canceled by the organizers, registered participants will receive a full refund.

No-Shows

Participants who do not attend the event will not be eligible for refunds.

Modifications

The event organizers reserve the right to modify the venue, date, program, or speakers due to circumstances beyond their control. Registered participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.

Agreement

We reserve the right to reject the exchange request for a Product if it does not satisfy the aforementioned conditions.

Exchange of purchased Products are facilitated through our reverse-logistics partners. On receipt of request for exchange of Product and the same being duly acknowledged by us, our reverse-logistics partners may get in touch with you in order to collect the purchased Products from you.
