This Payment Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions regarding payments for services, events, and memberships provided by Mingle Eat Talk Ventures (“M.E.T. Ventures”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By making a payment or engaging with any of our services or events, you agree to comply with this policy. 

1. Payment Terms 

All payments for memberships, services, events, and any other transactions offered by Mingle Eat Talk Ventures must be made in full at the time of purchase or registration, unless otherwise specified. We accept the following methods of payment: 

  • UPI 
  • Credit and debit cards 
  • Netbanking 
  • Bank transfer (where applicable) 

Payment must be made via one of the authorized methods listed on the website or at the time of transaction. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date to facilitate smooth payment processing. 

2. No Refund Policy 

Mingle Eat Talk Ventures has a strict no refund policy. All payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, the following situations: 

  • Non-attendance at events: Even if you are unable to attend an event you have registered for, no refunds will be issued. 
  • Cancellation of services: If you decide to cancel any service after payment has been made, no refund will be provided. 
  • Non-usage of membership: If you do not use your membership benefits for any reason, there will be no refund or partial reimbursement for membership fees. 
  • Changes to event or service dates: If event dates or service schedules are changed by us, no refunds will be issued. 

By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason, and you waive any right to request one. 

3. Event and Service Cancellation 

Mingle Eat Talk Ventures reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events or services at any time. In the event of a cancellation by us, you may be offered an alternative date or service, but no refund will be issued. 

If an event is canceled by us for any reason, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you in advance and may offer alternatives (such as rescheduling or transferring your registration to another event). However, no monetary refunds will be issued. 

4. Payment Failure 

If payment is not successfully processed due to incorrect details or insufficient funds, access to services, events, or membership may be denied or suspended until payment is successfully completed. 

In case of payment failure, you are responsible for ensuring that the payment details are corrected, and you may be required to make an alternative payment. 

5. Taxes and Additional Fees 

Prices for services, events, and memberships may be subject to applicable taxes, duties, or other charges imposed by local authorities. These additional charges are your responsibility and will be billed separately, as applicable. 

6. Changes to Payment Policy 

Mingle Eat Talk Ventures reserves the right to modify or update this Payment Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the revised version will take effect immediately upon publication. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about any changes.
